TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
✦ Nudity arts must be permitted by law. Any criminal or unethical solicitation will be reported.
✦ Nudity arts will only have characters. I don't do it with real people.
✦ I reserve the right to decline any request that I deem inappropriate or that makes me uncomfortable.
✦ I make fanarts, but in my style.
✦ All photos of the process will be sent with a watermark.
✦ Your drawing will only be published on my profile and/or portfolio with your permission.
✦ Payment via PIX and PAYPAL.
✦ Send at least two reference photos of what you want.
DESIGN CHANGES IN THE FINAL PRODUCT ARE FROM $3.00.
✦ The process will be sent completely and completely, specify if you want to see the process more often, and please respond to the contacts with the photos during the consultation. There will be a maximum of 5 revisions and changes must be made before lineart, if possible. Analyze your art with CAUTION.

COPYRIGHT
My artwork is for PERSONAL use only. Resale is not allowed and it will only be reposted on my profiles with your permission. You are not allowed to take the art as your own. Changing the watermark and reposting the artwork while the suit is submitted is not allowed. Tattoo designs, prints and artwork may be used for commercial use, but resale of the artwork alone to third parties is prohibited.
REFUNDS
After paying half your commission price, you will be constantly contacted about adding or removing details in your artwork (maximum 3 times before permanent lineart). The choice of color palette, positioning, angle and any other detail that refers to the design will be done exclusively by the client. However, after the last shipment (which is when the lineart and/or coloring will be done, it will also be alerted and finalized only with the customer's conscience), there is no way to refund your money. The finished piece will only be sent after the full payment is complete, but during the whole process you can withdraw your commission and finally be refunded with half of the money.
